While we were grateful for the volume of orders placed, we were truly disheartened knowing that there were customers who wished to purchase but were unable to do so. Even after the sales period ended, we continued to receive a great number of inquiries and requests for a restock. This prompted us to enter into extensive discussions and coordination with all relevant parties.
